Our boundary

We do not accept a free subscription, payment, gift or other compensation in exchange for an editorial recommendation or a promise to cover a product. Vendors may provide factual corrections or product documentation, but that does not determine our judgment.

When access is needed

If we ever use time-limited access to complete a hands-on evaluation, we will disclose that context and keep the evaluation separate from commercial influence. Our policy remains the same: access is not a recommendation.
